Lyn Valley Art & Craft Centre

Fantastic selection of local crafts and gifts, great variety in styles and mediums. Very reasonable prices and very friendly staff to help. Huge layout in an impressive building, really great to see so much great work for sale by local artists and craft makers.

In all the times I've been to Lynton and Lynmouth (and that's a lot of times) I had never spotted this place. Well, the building, yes, buy not what's inside. It's packed with the most beautiful locally made items. Many are also very reasonably priced. All future visits will incorporate a trip here and I'd imagine I'll be able to do the majority of my years Christmas and birthday gift shopping in one swoop.

This was a lovely surprise. Exploring Lynton, we came across this. So much stuff by lots of different crafters. Great for buying early Xmas presents. Lovely 2 ladies running it. Highly recommend you pop in when visiting Lynton.

Looked a bit too shiny when I first walked in but dug around and found some cool unique pieces for sale. I found the prices pleasantly reasonable for well made hand crafted local artwork.

So disappointed to see it was closed, was looking forward to the visit after seeing the reviews. It seems most businesses in this area don't update their hours on Google when they're shut. I submitted a change to their hours and only just shows they're shut now.
