Longmead House

Lovely welcoming hosts. Clean, comfortable with everything I needed. I was in a room on the top floor WiFi was great and no issues with water pressure. Especially enjoyed and would recommend the ploughmans platter I asked for this at short notice and was pleasantly surprised at the selection, quantity and quality - excellent value. Thank you Nick and Melanie for a perfect stay. No hesitation in highly recommending.

Nick and Melanie have made us feel very welcome. Tidy, functional room, good location away from the centre of town. Excellent breakfast both in terms of selection and quality. If we come this way again, we will try to stay here. Only two minor suggestions 1; Wifi a little inconsistent, perhaps consider some signsl boosters. 2; Water pressure in top floor bedroom very low, gets hot fast enough, but very low flow. Other than those minor issues... Perfection!

Had a really lovely stay thanks to our hosts! Myself and partner were very happy. Im not one to normally stay in B&Bs, but I would definitely stay again! The only recommendation Id have is if the neighbours allow it is to have a traffic mirror opposite the drive, as some members of the public dont attempt to reduce their speed when seeing a car trying to safely enter the road from behind a wall. But other than that, amazing walks, amazing views, great places to eat, great location and again great hosts!
