Fantastic service with warm caring staff. I got an appointment immediately and was very pleasantly surprised how efficient the system was.

Very unhelpful whilst on holiday had a severe infection and was referred back to my own GP who couldnt believe I wouldnt be seen or even have a telephone appointment with a GP in Lynton.

Shocking standards of service, when you have to threaten to complain to the NHS commissioner for failing to provide an appointment (on numerous occasions) for my mum who suffers heart problems, instead of an appointment constantly being told to go to A&E for non-emergency matters! As soon as a complaint to the NHS commissioner was mentioned, the doctor changed his mind and said mum could go in straight away! Surgeries like who pass their jobs onto A&E are a surely more of a drain on the NHS than they are a help.
