Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of traditional choices, and there were good choices of tea, coffee with fresh milk, if preferred, and nice biscuits for the rooms.
It is conveniently located for the attractions in Lynton & Lynmouth with some superb restaurants close by or a pleasant walk away, if you dont mind hills!
Helen has extremely good knowledge of local walks and gave us some useful tips which greatly helped our planning.
We would not normally choose to stay at a place with no parking but it was not a problem as the public car park was only a few metres away and Helen helpfully obtained a four-day pass in advance for us, which worked out very cheaply.
