Highcliffe House

Wow what a wonderful place to stay. It's one of if not the best place we have stayed at, the attention to detail was outstanding from the immaculate presentation to the impressive art collection even down to the crockery. I was lucky enough to stay on my birthday and even that was thought of with a lovely gift waiting for me at breakfast. The breakfast itself was exceptional and if you're lucky enough to arrive in time take advantage of the cream tea which surpassed any we've had. We can't recommend it enough it's fabulous and astonishing good value for money. Rooms: Fabulous facilities everything you need including extras such as an ipad, plus an excellent night's sleep in an incredibly comfortable bed.

An amazing discovery where standards and detail make you feel special! This Gem of a hotel has to be seen to be believed! Upon arriving Robert & Richard make you feel so welcome, The bedroom is perfect and with views of the sea, the Highcliffe House lives up to expectations and more. The breakfast was amazing, choice of coffee and presentation was immaculate! The bar and drawing room have paintings from around the world which makes this hotel a "home Richard and Robert make you feel like you are the only guest and they've thought of everything. III definitely be back and if you're looking for a place to stay - definitely book! You will not be disappointed.

5 star all the way! I stayed in the Myrtleberry room with a private balcony with prefect views of Lynton and the coast. The room was pure luxury, and the bed was really comfortable. Rob and Richard made me feel really welcome and the Gin bar was very impressive touch to enjoy the evening overlooking Lynton. I liked the range of breakfast options, and how prefect my eggs were cooked. Alot of thought has gone into the guest experience to make it a memorable one, and i look forward to return again soon.
