Quite a small road to drive along, be careful and always put in watersmeet parking otherwise it will direct you to a very unfriendly car path to get to watersmeet we just about made it back out after getting stuck, the road Google maps takes you down isn't blocked off or manned, when you finally get to the correct entrance to watersmeet it is lovely, it can be unfriendly to those with limited mobility as a lot of it is down a cliff side and with no actual pathway. Very pretty however.

Been coming here for years for a cream tea, i make a special journey no matter where in Devon or Cornwall I am as to me, here, they are second to none. Unfortunately however, on a recent visit the scones/scone was singular. My dogs were gutted, I normally have one and the dogs share the other, I could buy two, but I could do that anywhere. A pity really, the magic has now gone and I'll have to find somewhere else to visit

Very peaceful place to be, walking along the side of the river with the water rushing down stream
