        Very disappointed with service. Emailed to book our dog in for a weekly visit, no reply. Rang and left a message on the answerphone requesting a call back, none received. Husband went up for a personal visit and was told she would ring him . . . Nothing!!! If this is the level of service Im relieved we never booked our dog in. Very rude and very unprofessional.
