      • Lands Village-Hall

        Called this guy to do some work for us at our Village Hall and agreed a time for him to visit. He didn't turn up. When he eventually returned my call four hours later he said he'd been busy on other jobs and we arranged another time to visit. On the second occasion, he didn't show up again. While I appreciate people are busy and need to prioritise work, it is unprofessional and unacceptable to waste people's time twice without so much as a phone call to say you're running late or that you don't want the work.
