I went to look at buying my first car yesterday. I felt that the main guy by the desk was rude, condescending and spoke down to me. Should have been an exciting experience, but in reality left me in tears and put me off buying a car from here. Id avoid.

Bought a black 2008 Honda civic from these guys 2 months ago, traded in my old car due to needing something better on the motorways, so far the car has been great and done over 2000 miles in it already, the car was priced fairly considering it was a low mileage example, had plenty of time to look the car over and test drive it with no pressure and they knocked a bit of money off due to the wing mirror being cracked which I replaced myself. Also put the car on a ramp at work as Im a mechanic and gave it a thorough check, the car was exactly as described and very clean underneath with no signs of any issues at all, overall very happy with their service and the car and wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.
