Posh Dogs

We used posh dogs for the first time today after being recommended to us. She did a great job on our pup. Trim, was, and nail clipping. She looks like she's ready for a show! Lovely service and would highly recommend! We will be using posh dogs from now on.

We moved to lyneham to flee domestic violence, unfortunately due to my mum having severe illnesses I had to work more and support the family which include our two dogs. There came a time in which we would have them groomed every six months. Now with money being tight its not as easy to do. When we first brought Hugo to posh dogs we had to wait outside which was fine and not an issue. The cut was okay but not amazing. But with good price we decided after saving up more money we got Murphy our Cockapoo groomed. Now we knew he was matted and we unfortunately couldn't do alot about it. When we came to collect Murphy the lady at posh dogs was very rude and not understanding and almost with rudness blamed my mum for Murphy nails for being too long. Which she said she took photos of. Which one without permission shouldn't be done and two its disrespectful. Now if she would have had more understanding and didn't stick her head in and just done her job and respected her customers her review would be higher as Murphy cut was not too bad at all. But unfortunate customer service is very big in an industry like this.
