Tesco Express

I had a problem with my Clubcard at the Calne store, to cut a boring story short, I would have had to travel back to the Calne store from Lyneham to sort it out. I thought I would try in the Lyneham store first even though it wasn't their issue! The staff were happy to help me, it didn't work straight away but they kept trying until they were able to give me my refund. I felt they went above and beyond to help, so thank you very much.

I popped in to get a sandwich for lunch as I'm busy at work there was 5 members of staff ( one was waiting to be served ) There was 4 poeple behind her at the till and I was gob smacked that she was just stood there chatting at the till completely ignoring the queue. another member of staff walked over and joined in the chat and the queue was getting longer a guy even said to them there's a queue but the just keeped on chatting tesco need to give those poeple some customer service training not happy

This shop is rearly nice and friendly there is a small carpark outside there is also a bigger area for parking just to the side of the shop next to the kebab shop but people are just to lazy to use it because they want to park right outside of the shop door.
