Rowlands Pharmacy Lyndhurst

Very helpful & considerate pharmacists. Also, on the main street, near the parking so very convenient. Highly recommended. (I see the reviewer below was contacted & got assistance but did not change their score - a bit grumpy?)

Registered as vulnerable and not able to get out for 12 weeks Ii asked if my medicine could be delivered was told in a rude tone that their van was full and the driver is risking his life delivering to people like me..the chemist is filthy with boxes everywhere. Stock is low. Takes 2/3 days to do a prescription sent directly from GP, it should take about 15 mins, and when you go to they dont have it in stock. Bad management bad service. hense I will not be going back...I'm now using Forest pharmacy in Bartley. Very kind people and caring they go out of their way to help you. Deliver too with no fuss. A very quick professional service. Was a customer for 40 or more years with Rowlands. NO MORE

Astonishingly helpful, I needed help when they were actually closed and seeing I was injured they helped me anyway. Really above and beyond what I could've expected/did expect and was very appreciated.

Don't use much but in the 5 or 6 times I have been in brilliant service. Always have what I need, great advice when I have asked, friendly and knowledgeable. Went in on Saturday for a pack of lateral flow tests. In and out in less than 2mins. Also stock some lovely things you don't think you want but you do. Lovely old fashioned little chemist. Love the old wooden shelves, reminds me of when I was a child. Should be more places like this
