        We'll what can I say.... We were informed that the property had been deep cleaned prior to our arrival however! It was dirty, damp and definitely not suitable for 8 people to prepare a roast dinner. Mice droppings & cobwebs everywhere, dirty sofa covers, old fabric hanging from the ceilings which I doubt are flame retardant, inadequate showers, poor lighting and heating that fused when main lights were switched on. Poor external lighting to access the property at times given for the start of our stay. Customer service is virtually non existent. This property needs a complete refurbishment. I do NOT recommend the property.

        Absolutely disgraceful company, my parents booked a week for the Stables in Lyndhurst for last May 2020. Obviously we could not go, they would not refund the money. The company transferred us to this May. Again we cannot do this because of Covid with it being a large family holiday. A very expensive experience with nothing to gain.The company cannot fulfil their contract of agreement, but refuse to reimburse the funds. Disgusting, money grabbing leeches. Absolutely appalling behaviour. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We will be seeking legal advice and reporting the CMA.

        Absolutely shocking. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE (also known as Halycon Holiday Cottages). The property was nothing like the pictures, dirty, smelly and in need of repair. Customer service was non existent and a total refusal to refund any money despite the property being uninhabitable. A couple of many examples below. Disgraceful.

        Have been here many times, its a lovely cottage, absolutely spotless, very authentic with a lot of history of the original horse stables visible From the outside, great for big groups of people and can all be seated at one table Wich is lovely. All together I would highly recommend this cottage, as all of what Ive said above as well as being right in the heart of Lyndhurst
