Just wanted to say "Great Job Helen" on the funeral of the late Chris Biddlecombe. What a heart felt thing you did and great that you received such support from the Management. This is what remembrance is all about, you can put no price on that. Great Community spirit.

Helen at J & L Sturney in Lyndhurst was the perfect person to arrange the complicated joint interment/memorial of my Parents-in-Law, Betty and Bryan Summerfield. Nothing was too much trouble for her and, with us being some 150 miles away, Helen made sure we arrived to find everything was perfectly in place. Thank you very much Helen from Sue, Kim and all the Summerfield family.

I have nothing but praise for Helen in Sturneys. She dealt with my partners funeral with compassion, kindness, empathy and professionalism. She guided me through every step of the way and made a very difficult time more bearable. Charlie, the minister she arranged was wonderful and conducted a very personal service. The florist she commissioned produced a beautiful spray for the coffin, just as I had envisaged it. Thank you Helen and your team for the care of my lovely Leo, both leading up to the funeral and on the day itself.

Helen is an amazing woman who made the awful loss of my mother a much more pleasant and happy experience . She was able to advise our family on practically every aspect in the situation, and was always at the end of the phone when needed. So glad i chose Sturneys for my mothers final send off. Thank you Helen for everything. You are truly an incredible human being who instantly puts people at ease at a very sad and daunting time in their lives.
