Lyndhurst Surgery

Very useless and unreliable. They have the most stupid booking system and for someone who works odd hours and is unable to call at set times it's makes it impossible to get an appointment. Equally don't have endless time to faff about with online booking forms! Why is it so flipping hard to get to see a human doctor in person!!

Fantastic surgery. Always had an appointment in good time if it is urgent. Never been kept waiting long and phone is answered quickly always. Staff are all friendly.

The doctors are very good but unfortunately the receptionist can only book you a telephone call and you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for that even when the doctor said he wants to see you face to face on a certain date the receptionist says you cant it looks to me like the receptionist have more power than the doctors because they are not listening to what the doctors have told their patients which is a bit worrying and receptionist havent had any experience in medical matters I was told she couldnt book me in on a date because it was not on my notes Very disappointed and I wrote a letter to the doctor asking him to clarify matters

Today was my first experience at this Surgery and I have to say I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I have to single out Dr Rashid who showed a genuine ability listen to me, and a desire to help me.
