Had an issue with my new bike while in Lyndhurst and popped into the shop on the off-chance. All the team were friendly and helpful, and immediately sorted the issue. Certainly be back again for a proper look around.

Friendly, knowledgable staff, made a purchase based on their service. Lots of nice high end stuff but a good repair shop too. Edit: they've added a cute cafe too now. Coffee culture!

We hired bikes from this place and they could not have been more helpful. I had an accident while still deep in the cycle route and was unable to walk. We called them up and after a slight wobble (), they managed to recover me & my husband along with the bikes back to the hire shop before it got dark and wet. They have a nice little cafe as well. They were very friendly and helpful and even gave me free hot coco to make me feel better. I hope I don't forget anyone, but thank you very much to John, Charlie, Herbie and Harry. Definitely recommend this cycle shop next time you're in Lyndhurst.

Herbie was really helpful today sorting out quick delivery of a new tyre and some tubes for my trip to Scotland later this week!
