My husband and I stayed at The Laurels B&B for one night last weekend and would definitely recommend staying there. Camilla was wonderfully friendly and helpful - her breakfast was delicious, the coffee excellent and her homemade marmalade is so good that we had to buy some! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable that I struggled to drag my husband out of it. Camilla recommended a few spots to visit that turned out to be the highlight of the trip including a visit to Highcliff beach. The Laurels is in very close walking distance of the high street (which has lots of tasty restaurants and friendly village pubs) and cycle hire if you want to cycle through the forest.
