Found service excellent Meals arrived hot and as ordered Staff were polite and welcoming

Went on Weds 5th April No Disabled access. Busy and probably short staffed, but service was non existent. Meat excellent, but carvery veg was just warm but good and varied. Very disappointed on what was supposed to be a birthday treat. Realised after that we had been charged full price in spite of advertised 15 percent discount for elder people. As we we were celebrating an 82nd birthday think we well qualified.
