Mastering Self-care

I have done a couple of sessions with letitia and every time I come away feeling much better she has helped me so much with my inner critic, work that still works now because I know how to deal with it. Letitias workshops have helped give me the confidence and drive to believe in myself again. Just what I needed as part of my healing process. She is a breathe of fresh air. My daughter also did the inner monster workshop. Brilliant. Highly recommend for any age group.

Letitia had a real knack of explaining how our thoughts and feelings impact how we live. My son joined on an inner monster (critic) session and absolutely loved it. He still uses the kind words poster now. Highly recommend x
