Customer after care service is terrible/abysmal. I had some bi-fold doors and a large window fitted just under 2 years ago. Had an issue with the guys who fitted them just going and not telling me they had finished or even showing me how to use these type of doors. Then found window sill end pieces had not been fitted, that took several weeks to sort. Then had an issue with a draught. Ivan wasn't as nice then as he was when first selling them to me. Instead of being reasonable and saying they haven't had this issue before with this product, without coming out to check it (which they did eventually) the response which I received was in my opinion not a good way to deal with customers. As it turned out it was a draught due to airflow from the cavity at the side but this was not obvious at first and I sorted it out myself. Now almost 2 years on I have still not received a certificate for them which has been a legal requirement since 1st April 2002. I contacted Ivan a few months ago regarding this only to be told he was changing the company who dealt with that side of things to a different company. As I have still not received any form of certification after having texted him first thing this morning and left a voicemail later in the day because he is a very difficult person to contact, I decided to write this review as this is a simple issue to sort out but it seems once he has been paid he is not interested. I will see what trading standards have to say when I contact them.

Worst customer service ever. Shame, because doors are good, but dont expect any help after installation. Very disappointing.
