        Use it or lose it. A small really nice well organised library, with a meeting room attached. Just borrow books as that's the metric used to assess them. Good online system for renewing, ordering or queuing for popular books. Meeting room available to hire at a very reasonable rate. Libraries will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no libraries.

        Not been to a library since my university days 30 years ago - took my 8 year old niece twice during festival week to do arty things, didnt realise how important librarys are to non-working people, and the staff were so super friendly
