        I took the opportunity to do Clares free course 27 Days To Transform Your Anxiety It was during the Coronavirus lockdown and felt the course came at the right time for me. I was going through a number of emotional feelings as I expect a lot of people were/are during this time. I have to say it helped me in many ways and opened my eyes and understanding of the feelings I was having and how to help and combat them. Clares course was a godsend and I would recommend to anyone. Clare is down to earth, has empathy and is very professional and resonated with me. Thank you Clare for your help.
