        A lot of negative reviews regarding this chemist. I think we need to remember how stretched the NHS are and that it isnt the chemists fault. Very helpful, polite and informative staff. Never had an issue, everyone does a continually great job. Asset to the village

        Not for the first time with this member of staff... Some blunt, short and petulent, unpleasant Customer Service... it's an odd member of youngish staff (you know who it is)... Customer Service is a skill... a bit of coaching and development required for a junior member of staff is all that is required. Have a great day. :-)
