        Relaxed and comfortable environment, excellent staff and superb technology deserve a 5 star rating. I had attended another reputable local optician for a number of years but decided to attend Alcott Opticians during the lockdown in 2020. I was immediately impressed by the modern, comfortable environment and the friendly, efficient staff. Alannah Robinson was excellent - providing both reassurance and a detailed explanation of her examination findings and management. Mike Stephens was both friendly and efficient in providing advice on new prescription glasses, The optometry and IT equipment at Adcotts is state of the art. A second follow up visit was equally impressive. I could not wish for a better service and would highly recommend Adcott Opticians.
