A few things needed sorting with my new property (no fault of anyones) and Michelle and Jill have been amazing every step of the way getting things sorted for me so quickly and always friendly on the other side of the phone. Having lived in Lymm for over 20 years I've used all the estate agents when selling my properties and I can assure you that Declan James by far exceeds all the others. The enthusiasm and sense of genuine interest from Laura is why I chose to use them. They created a fantastic video and particulars which really helps create interest. Laura did all the viewings for me and the team have worked so hard in keeping my sale on track, which helps take away a lot of the stress.
