Sam and the team are excellent, and have helped me with a few niggles over the last 12 months or so. Always really helpful, very good at explaining whats going on and their service and after care is superb.

Cant recommend these guys enough. Fantastic people who know their stuff and guide you through a thorough recovery plan using modern technology and home treatment plans. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

Thank you Sam for sorting Rubys knee. You helped us out at very short notice & devised a brilliant rehab plan. You were fantastic with her and explained really well what had happened & how you were going to help fix it. Ruby has stuck to the plan & weve had no problems since. The Team at MVMT have been detrimental to my health and well being. They have helped me to not only walk again, but helped me to feel comfortable in my own body. Sam Caddick (the physio that worked directly with me) was an absolute pleasure to work with and was attentive to all of my needs after coming out of 3 surgeries on my pelvis. Again, couldnt be happier with the service provided and would 100% recommend SJC PHYSIOTHERAPY LYMM to anyone looking to make that next step towards a healthier lifestyle.

Really enjoyed working with Sjc physio in preparation for the Manchester marathon. Sam has instilled confidence in my long distance running through my rehab programming + soft tissue treatments as well as the knowledge and advice hes provided from his own running experience. You can see what approach to expect from the content and videos that are posted on Sjc Phsio and the Mvmt room online. I looked up their Instagram and from there got on a call with Sam to run through what I was looking for - hes been a brilliant help and Im now looking forward to the marathon this weekend
