Scott provides excellent programmes that are carefully tailored to individual requirements and he explains them clearly too. I would definitely recommend FastFitStrong!

As a keen cyclist, I was concerned that I wouldnt regain flexibility / strength and previous levels of performance. In the event, although it took some time, Im now stronger, fitter and faster up the hills (my passion) than previously.
Id happily recommend Scott (and have done so) to anyone willing to put in the effort to improve. You will get a personal program which allows for your ability, any injuries etc and will make you stronger on the bike.
