        LAKESIDE is exactly how an NHS GP practice should be run. I have been a patient for over 6 years. My conditions are varied and somewhat complex. I have received quality, timely and very efficient care from the NHS through this practice. From the receptionists to the practice nurses I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Particular thanks to Doctor Mills and Doctor Nicholls for the high quality care they provide.

        I am probably not the easiest patient with my Disability. This surgery has been my life line. Especially Dr Nichols and Dr Whittaker. They have supported me through a very difficult time. They really do go the extra mile. I find the Reception team helpful too. Highly recommended
