I dropped off my laptop for a screen replacement. Was told it could be 4/5 weeks as getting parts was taking longer due to covid, which was fair enough. However, after 10 months, numerous phone calls, texts & twice promising to return my still broken laptop, I've still got no idea when I will see it again as I'm getting no replies. Not good enough and no way to run a business

Laptop broke down on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. Was fixed cheaply and effectively by Tuesday afternoon. Polite service and a great price!

Steve is great. Contacted him on the off chance he could help me repair/upgrade an old laptop and he was super quick at replying. Quoted quickly and at a great value price. Collected my laptop and dropped off while the shop was closed for COVID. Laptop is now running like a dream. Saved me the grief of buying a new laptop and setting everything up again and at a fraction the price of a new laptop.
