No taxi and no return call.
Extremely disappointed.
You book a taxi because you need one.
I had to walk home along Ford Road which I didnt want to do in the dark and Im a single woman.
Thankfully it was just over a mile so I managed to get home by walking which wasnt my intention.
I was happy to pay the charge just to make sure I got home safely, but sadly that didnt happen.
What makes me more angry is that you share this with local people and they all say Castle Cars.?
Yeah they never turn up!
What a service they provide ? A dont bother to turn up taxi service?
