I brought a seat leon fr estate from these guys a few weeks ago, Will and the lads were very helpful with the whole process and very professional, even rang around a few garages to make sure we could get fuel on the way home More than happy with the car and service and would definitely use these guys again. I bought a Seat Leon from here three months ago and already had to replace the battery, the key batteries and the light in the boot has gone. The car is a nice car, but the service is very poor. I spoke with them about this and they said it's probably the cold weather, to say the battery was probably already on its way out. They won't do anything about it which is a shame. Even when collecting the car, no one was in, so the key was left on the back wheel. This is a typical used car garage. I would highly recommend using Cazoo or similar. My girlfriend got a car just after from Cazoo and you cannot even compare the service. I love the car, which is why this is 2 stars, but the customer care is non-existent. Save time and hassle and use Cazoo instead.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Lymington cars, firstly they tried to over charge for some repairs to my previous car. Next they includedan Autoguard warranty with the car I purchased. They provided the warranty booklet/ paperwork etc. My car developed a problem and when I checked with Autoguard they had no record of my car and it was not covered.
