Lesleys practice was recommended via the Lymington Facebook page. I emailed over the Easter weekend, as my back had flared up, and was called back at about 8.31 on the first weekday. I was booked in to see Miranda Mason, who was excellent and pretty much fixed it. I also had a sports massage with Steve Watkins, also excellent.

Recently I had two appointments at The Arches for an acute back injury. Having never been there before I wasnt sure what to expect. The directions on Google maps are spot on and take you to the free car park behind the Town Hall where the practice is located which is also conveniently next to a Pharmacy. The River Suite entrance is on the first floor and there is also good accessibility with a lift on the right as you go through the main entrance on the ground floor. The practice itself is bright and well lit with an amazing new gym and rehab room on the left before going into reception. Staff are delightful and friendly, therapists are highly experienced, kind, thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable taking time to explain everything in detail. The appointment never felt rushed but also felt efficient and targeted to my exact needs. I highly recommend this physiotherapy practice to anyone, old and young alike, also including patients with sports injuries because there are therapists on the team with many years of professional sports injury physiotherapy experience.

I was recommended to Lesley Boyd because I have arthritis in my neck and lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) - she has been nothing short of amazing. She has actually changed my mindset from feeling overwhelmed with ageing to feeling energised to take back control. Treating my elbow with gentle massage, ultra sound and recommending a wrist brace. Demonstrating (and drawing out) recommended exercises, discussing lifestyle routines and suggesting new ones to help alleviate the permanent pain in my neck and referral pains. She has been such a positive force that, after years of struggling with neck pain, I now believe I can manage and improve it, rather than being defined by it. Thank you Lesley, I'm so grateful.
