Will not ever use this post office again. Staff incredibly rude and aggressive and unhelpful, horrible experience and not the first time this has happened.

Being a small business owner I post hundreds if not thousands of parcels a year. To day I had a single letter to post and rather than use the on line booking I decided to use the Lymington post office for the first time. Well the Asian lady and I use the term lady loosely was extremely rude from the moment I stepped into the establishment. Other customers were dismayed at her attitude and sympathised with me When I eventually got to the counter she very slow on purpose and argumentive condescending rude ignorant and down right disrespect. She she should definitely not be in position of dealing with members of the public. Unfortunately I will never wish to return to this branch The one star rating is there because I cannot give a minus rating which this postoffice and its worker deserve

A very useful Post Office, sadly let down by one miserable, rude lady staff member who makes the experience unpleasant. Such a shame.
