        Absolutely dire. No one knows what they are doing. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a prescription, which they told me they had in . Today I was told they have not been able to get it. . I have been in 3 times to get this prescription. Today I was told to contact my go for an alternative!!!. 3 days before Xmas. !. What hope is there of that. Negligence or crass incompetence comes to mind

        I'm really sorry to say this but this store is just a shadow of what it was almost 10 years ago. I guess competition and management issues have just killed it. It's got a great location but the size of the store is halved, there's almost no products for sale and the staff are not very welcoming. Not a recipe for success.
