Asked to buy chloramphenicol for my wife was refused as they had to see her also warned it had doubled in price to 12! Went to Boots on the High Street and bought a tube for 5.35 !

Absolutely horrendous, they get my prescriptions, then take weeks on end to process them, knowing I'm in chronic pain, allot of my meds get forgotten time and time again and when I pointed the is out, I got shouted at, Im going else where now enough is enough, absolutely no respect for the customers and the need to get medication to them on time, I have waited in all morning after going over 2 weeks without my. Morphine patches, because they forgot several occasions to deliver, and when I organised my son to go and collect for me, they said they were on the van being delivered, and guess what, they were not delivered, after a long weekend in chronic pain, they said they would deliver first thing this morning, and 11,30am still not here, and I'm in so. Much pain, so I phoned them, tried to ask when they would be delivered, only to get shouted at and shouted over then the phone hung up on me, this women should not be allowed to work in a pharmacy, where there are vulnerable people, I've never been spoken or shouted at like that before, I recorded this conversation, because she verbally was abusive last time I called, I'm going to be putting this on you tube so people can see for themselves the abuse I received, absolutely shocking, no excuse for how this rude, no morales women treated me, when it's them who fail to do their job properly, as far as I'm concerned she should not be working there
