        Very professional and knowledgeable, with good advice, and also good rates. We had a thorough investigation of possible entry points and rat runs used and a written report after each visit explaining everything. So far we have used traps in the loft and a one-way flap guard in the drains and are waiting on results. Honestly very happy with the service, and I can't recommend Andy enough.
