        Excellent and friendly service ! 20 years after putting it on I had come to the realisation that my wedding ring had somehow shrunk and was causing too much discomfort.. I didn't have a clue about how to go about rectifying this but just popped in to ask Ian's advice... short time later it was carefully and painlessly removed and and I'll be back soon to get it resized (the ring, not my finger).

        Having had multiple issues with a few pieces of jewellery, I recently found my way back to the tried and tested Buchanans. Yet again, all issues sorted easily, with minimum hassle (or expense) and a friendly smile. I really don't know why I bother going anywhere else.
