Needed a clasp replaced on a very ordinary (but sentimental) gold chain bought from a different jewelers many years ago. Despite the low value of my request, the owner took the time to closely examine the necklace and advised it would need to be sent to their workshop to be fixed properly. I was given a price range (dependent on how tricky the fix was), and ended up being charged well below the higher estimate. The new clasp has been delicately soldered to the original necklace and looks beautiful. No matter how small your query is, I would highly recommend Fine Jewellers! Lovely service, wonderful workmanship, and great value!
