I just had a horrid experience in this store. I returned a faulty item. The zip jammed on my first time of trying to wear it. Even a friend said its faulty. The shop assistant did not greet me warmly. She simply silently zipped and unzipped the jacket, telling me it was not faulty. As she tried to zip it up it jammed again. I said I was happy to take a credit note and spend more money. On paying she said I had worn it! Given it was jammed I could not see how that was possible. She was cold and in this Covid climate yet another shop that I will never return to. With the high street in decline, shops like this will have to improve their customer service. By the way I was polite and well within my rights to demand a refund. Instead I spent 24 on top of the 59 I had already spent!

The only Partnership store in the country so the selection is greater than in concessions in big department stores. They sell casual, collection EDC and accessories. Nice friendly staff who are willing to help especially when buying jeans. Very reasonable prices. Easy location on the High Street with parking in public carpark behind.
