Little Home Farm

Beautiful high spec property with all amenities in a lovely rural location, a stones throw from Lymington. Steve and Tiff were perfect hosts. Great communication from booking to post departure, attentive and friendly throughout our stay (whilst respecting our privacy), quick to respond to and sort fuse box problems due to power surge, great advice on where to visit, and a lovely thoughtful welcome basket and wine on arrival. And the dogs were made as welcome as we were! The most luxuriously comfy soft bed in the upstairs front bedroom (all en suite) gave me the best sleep Ive had in a long time, and a lovely hot tub in the garden to relax in. Heaven! Just got back from a family celebration for a big birthday staying at Little Home Farm. A spacious and comfortable house with high end fittings within walking distance of Lymington. Tiffany was a great communicator prior to our visit and Steve was the perfect host whilst we were there with lots of tips and offers of help and suggestions of where to eat and visit. The welcome basket was a lovely touch with lots of lovely goodies to work our way through during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend.

A wonderful home from home. Very well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings yet very comfortable with lots of original features and lovely touches. Spacious yet cosy with gorgeous wood burner. Good size en-suite bedrooms. Lovely garden with luxury hot tub. Plenty of parking. Convenient yet rural location with useful pub only a few yards away but only a lovely short 10/15 minute stroll across the fields and footpaths to Lymington with its beautiful waterfront location and numerous places to eat and drink. So much to see and do we will definitely be back. The owners are so welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Full of useful information and pointers to make your stay even more special. There is nothing little about Little Home Farm. This unique property is large with loving attention and detail - from top of the range tech right down to a good nights sleep spray on every pillow - and a jar of biscuits for Mans best friend. The design is stunning whilst being inviting and warm: a fragrant wood burner (with ample logs), supersoft linen and sumptuous pollows, a cosy throw here, a plump cushion there. A well-stocked welcome hamper and heavy bath robes. Little Home Farm is exceptionally well-kitted out. The kitchen has everything required including running boiling water, a utility room and an excellent coffee machine; tvs in every room, great wifi, gorgeous power showers and of course the piece de resistance, a large hot tub surrounded by fairy lights. Its a short cycle ride from Lymington High Street and all the shopping and eating opportunities whilst also being apart and deep into the New Forest. Quite simply the best location. Steve and Tiff couldnt be more accommodating hosts. We have stayed twice before already and - if theyll have us back - it wont be our last time. Just dont tell everyone else!
