Until recently great service but having waited and waited for a response to a small radiator leak - how can it take more than 2 weeks to get any sort of response or repair plan - either they don't care or they are chronically understaffed - anyway having been a loyal customer for years we are off to find someone more professional and communicative. Apologising is good but actions are better!

As it was freezing, the central heating decided to break down on a Sunday afternoon. I left a message on Barry's phone and they phoned me up first thing on the Monday morning. Had an engineer round by lunch time Monday and the system was fixed 2 hours later. You really can't expect much better than that!!!!

These guys are the local plumbing super heroes. Knowledgeable, available and friendly. Got us out of trouble more than once. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Central heating system packed up just before lockdown . Engineer came that morning identified fault and retruned later that afternoon and fitted the part. I have used them before and received equally good and prompt service but did n't get round to leaving a review last time. Thank you.

Very professional installation. The engineer was very neat & tidy, could tell he cared about his work. Everything you want from a contractor working in your house - like he had never been there. The price was very good too and they did not do any work that wasn't necessary. Job well done.
