Lovely people but the coffee is awful. Served cold and flavourless. Tastes like dirty water with some milk added in.

Pippa was the lady that served us. She did seem to be rather abrupt when I was deciding what to have. They didnt bother making the latte look nice seemed to be in a mad rush to get the coffee out quick. Like most costa coffees the cleanliness of the facilities is average and prices of cakes and microwaved toasties leaves a lot to be desired.
