Saving us from a mishap with an over zealous 7 year old with a cup of tea and our 6 month old mattress. Managing our expectations of what could be achieved and delivering a brilliant service. Called Scott as our Daughters Dog came to stay and unfortunately he had an upset stomach which resulted in an awful mess on the landing carpet. Scott was extremely responsive especially as it was a bank holiday and was here within the hour. He accessed the situation and set about rectifying without delay. A absolutely first class job,Scotts knowledge and professional approach and value for money makes Excel the only choice for your carpet cleaning needs. Would highly recommend without reservation.
