        I went to Barclays in Lymington today on 31 January at 15.00 Which the staff was serving customers. After that, she passed me without asking and went straight to play with another customer's dog. I waited for her for a while and she didn't even think to ask me anything. Until I had to call her a few times, she gave up and came to talk to me. It makes me feel that because I'm Asian, she doesn't want to serve me, right?

        Totally get why this place has so many awful reviews. I've just spent 30 minutes in a queue with one person in front of me telling the cashier all about her holiday in Gran Canaria. The queue kept growing until there were nine people behind me. Just glad I was going in there to close down the account so I don't ever have to go in there again!

        Went there today to make a payment for our house purchase whilst on holiday. It was open - we checked beforehand! They couldnt have been more helpful, many thanks for a pain free transaction, excellent and friendly service.
