Fantastic service over several visits recently. No queues at all and lovely, smiling team of staff - Jean at the front desk has been particularly helpful. Genuinely a pleasure to use unlike so many other high-street banks.

All the Lymington branch staff and particularly the manager have been really helpful, firstly in trying to find some historic title documents related to our lane and more recently in helping a friend set up a new account after her husband died suddenly. The reception and counter staff are always very helpful and efficient for day to day transactions. They also show great care in ensuring you are not being scammed. The standard of service has risen considerably since we first moved our account to this branch and is now exceptionally good.

My 15 year old wanted to open his first proper bank account. He chose Lloyds because he likes horses and we live in the forest. Good a reason as any. Brilliant service, friendly. Didn't have an appt to take in documents but not a problem at all. Thank you. Think you have a loyal customer in my son. Hes now got to earn some money to put in it.
