Wez has been teaching my son how to swim for the last year. He has gone from barely being able to swim 10metres to confidently swimming 100 metres with the correct techniques. Wez makes every lesson fun but is also firm & makes sure my son understands that he needs to work hard to progress. I would highly recommend Wez to anyone looking for a swimming teacher.

I have been swim training with Wez for 3 months now and I have improved so much already! He's an amazing teacher who puts you at ease and gives brilliant encouragement throughout. Brilliant guy would totally recommend for all fitness/swim training.

Wez has been amazing at finding me the plan for me. Massively overweight at the beginning, and needed strengthening sessions at the beginning. I didn't feel uncomfortable in any way at my lack of fitness at the beginning, Wez put me at my ease and my confidence had grown and continues to do so. It's about fitness and weightloss for me, and it's working and I feel happier in myself and fitter. If I can, you can.

I have been working with Wez as my PT for 2 months now, he is absolutely brilliant, I started very unfit and low confidence, I have come really far with the help and support of Wez, he makes each session really enjoyable at the same time as encouraging and supporting me to reach my limits to achieve my goals. he also is a great listener and emotionally supports my mental wellbeing and supportive of my Diabetes. I highly recommend Wez to anyone looking to achieve their goals as hes very welcoming and very supportive Oh and my favourite exercise with Wez is boxing! with sequinced pad work :D
