We had a guest with a problem water leak that needed diagnosing. This happened at lunchtime the day before a 07.50 Eurotunnel Crossing. We call ARC and spoke with a lovely lady whom was helpful and knowledgeable. She needed to confirm the workshop could help and called back very quickly. Our guest returned to Little Satmar Camping where we were staying a couple of hour later delighted with the service he had received from ARC and wore a beaming smile as he could continue with our escorted tour to Italy! Thank you ARC, lovely lady and Alan!

Alan provided a fantastic service, ably helped by Steve. Within 24 hours he sourced and fitted a caravan hitch and assembly, enabling us to continue our holiday. Alan was professional and courteous and we would highly recommend ARC.

Amazing service on a Saturday evening. Could not come out and was not expected at this time but gave all information possible by message. Helpful, knowledgeable and a lovely person to communicate with.
