        Lovely walk on a blustery day amazing views

        Brilliant location for good views across southern Kent out on to the Romney marsh and English channel. There are also the remains of trenches dug during the first world war by the CEF Canadian army who used it as a training area. At the top of the hill is a radio transmitter station operated by British Telecom. The Tower is not open to the public. There is a Small parking area at end of privately owned road.
