We had a private group tour of 4, and it was fantastic. The miller was able to give detailed historical information about the mill, its processed and their current role, and were happy to answer our questions. We got to have a go at hand milling some flour, and ended up buying some of the amazing flour ( I didn't realise just how much shop bought flour is refined!). An informative tour and well worth a visit for 45minutes to an hour!
