        We had a great paddle board lesson today with Grace- an excellent instructor. After just a short overview with some tips we were soon on the water. Amazed that all five of us managed to stand up - our teenagers managing much slicker turns etc than us. The hour out on the sea went really quickly. Would certainly recommend this activity in Lyme Regis.
